Site Build Teams
Event & Festival Crewing

Builds Done Right, Stress-Free

At Got Hustle, we provide the hardworking site-build teams you need to deliver complex event infrastructure on time and without stress.
Whether you are launching a greenfield festival, a city-center brand activation, or pretty much anything in the middle, the success of your project depends on the first hands-on site. You need a crew that arrives ready to work, who understands the pace of a live build, and follows technical direction without needing constant supervision or babysitting.

What We Provide

Our site build teams are experienced in the unique demands of temporary event environments. We cover the full lifecycle of your event’s physical footprint.

We provide you with the crew for your site build so that you can focus on other core areas of event planning, and execution. The Got Hustle crews handle the heavy lifting required to transform a space into a fully functioning venue.

Why Choose Got Hustle?

We understand the pressure of Production Deadlines

In the events world, "on time" is the only metric that matters. Our site build teams operate with a sense of urgency. We know that if the fencing isn't up, the cabins can't arrive. If the cabins aren't sited, the power can't be pulled. We work to your specific schedule to keep the entire project moving.

A Grounded, Practical Approach

We avoid useless buzzwords and focus on output. With Got Hustle, you will get a crew with a strong work ethic and the physical stamina to handle 12-hour shifts in UK weather. Having kind and courteous individuals on-site is something we take great pride in.

Health and Safety as Standard

Event sites are high-risk environments involving plant machinery and heavy loads. It’s no secret in the world of events that many on-site accidents occur during the build and de-rig phases. Our crews are briefed on site-specific risks and wear the correct PPE. We follow your Risk Assessments and Method Statements to the letter

Communication That Actually Works

There is nothing worse than a crew that disappears when you need them. Our team leaders remain contactable and proactive. If a problem arises on-site, we help you find a practical way to fix it.

Technical Production Support

While we aren't electricians or sound engineers (though we do know a lot if you require this!), our site build teams are the muscle that helps them work faster.

Assisting with cable runs and cable ramp placement across the site.

Loading and unloading plant machinery and production trucks.

Helping with the physical positioning of lighting towers and AV equipment.

Precision De-rig & Site Clearance

The de-rig canis often be the most challenging phase of any event. Our teams maintain high energy levels to ensure a clean, fast exit, and avoid any late fees or council fines wherever possible!.

Systematic dismantling of all site infrastructure.

Careful packing of equipment to prevent damage during transit.

Full site sweeps to return the venue to its original condition.

Waste management support to ensure environmental compliance.

The Advantage of Professional Site Build Teams

Hiring a dedicated site crew reduces the mental load on your production managers. Instead of managing individual temporary staff members, you get a cohesive unit that works together. And if you’re laking a production manager, that's also something we can support with!

The UK events industry contributes over £61.65 billion to the economy annually. This scale requires a level of professionalism that goes beyond basic labor. We provide that professional layer. Our site build teams are trained to be respectful of venues, mindful of noise, and efficient with their movements.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you scale the team size?

We can provide small four-person teams for local installs or large crews of thirty or more for major festival builds. We recommend booking as early as possible for peak summer dates.

Do your crews have their own PPE?

Yes. All our site build teams arrive with standard high-visibility vests, steel-toed boots, and gloves. If your site requires specific gear like hard hats or ear protection, just let us know.

Can you work overnight or on bank holidays?

Event operations don't stop at 5 PM. We can provide 24/7 support for overnight de-rigs and weekend builds to meet your licensing requirements or venue hand-back times.

Do your teams have CSCS cards or plant tickets?

Many of our crew members hold CSCS cards or specific tickets for telehandlers and forklifts. Please specify your requirements when you submit your enquiry so we can assign the right people.
